Please be advised that Smart is currently blocking all SMS containing links provided by popular link shortening services like bit.ly, t.me etc. Smart has not provided a list of blocked shortening services and does not provide failure DLRs for blocked messages. Please use full domains when sending SMS with links.
Globe URL Blocking for P2P SMS

Please be advised that Globe has started blocking all links in P2P (Person to Person) SMS messages. Semaphore provides A2P (Application to Person) SMS and our service is not affected. You may continue sending SMS containing clickable links to Globe subscribers using Semaphore.
